April Flowers Bring... Allergies?

The sun is finally shining, snow all melted, and trees are blossoming. Sounds too good to be true. As usual, there’s a catch. This means pollen is in full swing, and so are allergies.

Pollen tends to come from grass, trees, and weeds. However, 95% of allergies are caused by grass. For people with Asthma pollen is considered Double Trouble. In fact, 80% of people with asthma say allergies trigger their asthma symptoms.

Traditional medicine such as nose sprays can take up to two weeks to start working…Yikes! You can’t sit inside for two weeks. Lucky for you, we have a better solution.

We like to combat our asthma symptoms with all natural, vegan Aloe Ferox Whole Leaf Caps. According to WebMD Aloe and Aloe Ferox quickly reduce asthma symptoms.

It is best to be proactive and prevent the symptoms ahead of time, instead of reacting and waiting weeks to clear it up. There are preventative measures you can take to help ease the pain of pollen.

  1. Carry your reliever inhaler (usually blue) every day
  2. Stay indoors when your lawn (or neighbor’s) is being mowed
  3. Try and stay away from the trigger – don’t go out in the heat or into high pollution
  4. Take Aloe Ferox Whole Leaf Caps to help reduce asthma symptoms
Don’t let your allergies get in the way of enjoying nice weather. Take control and prevent the symptoms before they stop you.  For more information check out this advice page.
